Hometown Hospitality

That’s right folks!  You heard it correctly!..  Cody Beebe and The Crooks will be opening for Country Star, Andy Griggs at The Seasons Performance Hall tonight as an acoustic quartet!  Show starts at 7pm!  We are very excited to be playing in the hometown of Cody Beebe, Ty Paxton, and Joe Catron; all of whom will be included in the quartet.

We have spent the past few days here in the Yakima Valley with friends and family.  On Thursday we had the pleasure of showcasing on 92.9 The Bull, 94.5 KATS, and 107.3 KFFM!  As far as we knew, we were only being interviewed by The Bull when all of a sudden a gentleman by the name of Matt popped his head in the studio and said, “ok, we need them down in KATS!”  “KATS?  The main rock station in Yakima?  With Yakima Legend, Todd E. Lyons Esquire?”  I thought to myself.  I’ve been listening to this guy since I was in first grade and now I’m walking down a hall in a radio station studio to perform live with my band!  It was great to finally put a face to the name and popular Yakima radio personality.  Needless to say, it was great.  We were interviewed and asked to play a song or two on each station.  We did the full tour of Yakima’s most popular radio channels within about an hour.  It was quite the honor; especially with the hospitality we were greeted with.  In addition, we stopped by 88.5 on Thursday morning for a quick radio interview and in-studio performance.  Thank you to all the great DJ’s who hosted these shows and invited us in to their work spaces.  Also, if you live in the Yakima Valley, you can pick up a hard copy of our album, “Friends of The Old Mill,” at Off The Record located at 901 Summitview Ave.

This just in!!!  Crooked TV: Episode 2 is up and ready for your viewing pleasures!  Enjoy!
